6/06 to 5/08:   Jensen St, Las Vegas NV General Contractor Owner.  Acquisition of 2 (1/2 acre) building  lots.  Construction of a SIPS home of 3700 sq ft and a 1000 sq ft garage.
Retail Value of Project = $975,000
 
6/04 to 9/05:   Jeeves Circle & Quadrel Street, Las Vegas, NV General Contractor - Owner.  Acquisition of 8 (1/2 acre) building lots, 4 each on Jeeves Circle and Quadrel Street.  Construction of 4 energy efficient homes consisting of Structural Insulated Panels, Cocoon Insulation system with radiant thermal barrier, and high seer Freus water cooled HVAC units.
Retail Value of Project = $3,135,000 (4 Homes) 
 
1/02 to 1/03 --  Desert Haven Road, Las Vegas, NV:   General Contractor - Owner. Acquisition of lot and construction of energy efficient home as in homes listed above. 
Retail Value of Project = $205,000
 
12/00 to 1/02  --  Conquistador Street, Las Vegas, NV:   General Contractor - Owner.  Acquisition of two lots and construction of two 3,000 sq. ft homes.
Retail Value of Project = $650,000
 
7/99 to 12/00  --  Sierra Bonita Court, Las Vegas, NV:   General Contractor-Owner.  Acquisition of two lots and construction of two speculative homes of 3200 and 3600 sq. ft.
Retail Value of Project = $736,000

2/97 to 10/97  --  Oak Street, Franklin, MA Construction Supervisor - Owner.  Purchased, secured financing and constructed two, 2 story single-family homes with 2 car attached garage.  Arranged for demolition and removal of existing condemned house on site.  Hire and supervised all subcontractors.  Performed all administrative duties inclusive of bookkeeping.

2/97 to 6/97  --  Indian Hill Estates, Franklin, MA Construction Supervisor - President.   Acquisition of two lots from subdivision developer.. " Construction of 2(2 Story) Homes.

6/95 to 10/96  --  Sherbrook Woods Extension, Franklin, MA Construction Supervisor - President.   Negotiated and secured financing for entire 7 lot subdivision.  Worked with civil engineers and local planning board.  Applied for and secured necessary permits.  Reviewed subcontractor proposals against budget.  Performed on site supervision of subcontractors.  Responsible for all administrative duties inclusive of insurance bonding and payments to others.

2/93-3/95 --  Beaver Court Associates, Franklin MA.  General Contractor.  Negotiated acquisition of this 16 lot subdivision, inclusive of four affordable.  Met with Zoning Board of appeals to negotiate waivers.  Met with State of MA representative of Affordable Housing to assure  compliance.  Negotiated with President of manufactured homes company.  Secured subcontractors.  Coordinated efforts of road company nin construction of  infrastructure.  Performed all administrative duties inclusive of insurance, bonding and payments to others.

2/91 to 3/93 --  S & S Realty Trust, Norfolk, MA General Contractor.  Negotiated purchase of three single family homes from bank and then secured construction financing for same.  Worked with town official sand health department in design of common septic system.  Completely renovated these units inclusive of removing and replacing plumbing, heating and wiring.  Installed new roofing and siding.  Hired subcontractors.   Performed all administrative duties.

OTHER COMMERICAL CONSTRUCTION EXPERIENCE
 
 
2003 --  Norton Car Wash, Norton, MA Owner.  Oversaw the re-construction of this block building inclusive of demolition of existing walls and roof.  Met with Conversation Commission On Wetland Reclaimation.  Designed new facility.  Contracted new 'touchless" carwash eqipment. 
Retail Value of Complete Rebuild = $1,400,000 

1995 --  Walpole Car Wash  Walpole MA Owner.  Oversaw the re-construction of this block building inclusive of demolition of existing walls and roof.  Hired and supervised all subcontractors for masonry, roof, radiant heat, plumbing and electrical.  Contacted all new "touchless" carwash equipment.
Retail Value of Complete Rebuild = $1,100,000
